○ Eligibility
All products purchased from Slay life can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:
The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to officialslaylife@gmail.com or by Instagram @slaylife_official in case you
want to raise a dispute.
At slay life, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
○ There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged because of use.
• The product has been tampered.
• Size issues are caused by the customers.
Slay Life does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
○ What if a size issue was caused by me? how do I exchange that item?
In order to exchange the product(s) you will need to dispatch the parcels at our warehouse address & notify us that you have sent back the package to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will Inspect it & re-send the desired exchanged product at your provided address.
Bare in mind that we do not cover any costs regarding size changes & exchanges that were caused by the customer. As we're already
dealing on marginal profits; covering costs for customer negligence would not suffice for us as a company.

○ In how much time will my exchange parcel be sent?
Exchange packages are usually dealt with on a week-end basis - you can expect your exchange parcel to arrive at your destination in under 7 days after we have received & inspected your previous parcels item(s).
